I have been working in the Quality Department of four different companies for a total of 23 years.
It has not been an easy journey, since very stressful situations have happened as I faced some serious issues.
Every time a big problem came up it caused long working hours, weekends, and pressure from customers and top management.
From another perspective, those problems made me grow. I am a better quality professional because I learned from each of those situations.
If I had worked for perfect companies, which never had problems, I would not be much stronger than the day I started doing this job.
Isn’t that the same in life in general?
If we never had to face trials, how much would we grow?
If God protected His children from all sorts of hardships, how would we be able to understand and help somebody that is going through a difficult situation?
It is through those trials that we grow, that we humble ourselves and understand we depend on God, and that we get closer to Him.
I don’t like problems at work or trials in life any more than the next person, but I know I need them.
I still have a hard time rejoicing in the tribulations, but I am learning to understand how much I need those.
Am I alone?
